Yes, that's right, you can announce that you have created a new vendor profile after you set it all up and add your listings. 🙂 Please come back when it's ready, otherwise we might post it beforehand.

There is known issue with some iOS devices (most often iPads) that have Automatic Verification turned on. If you are trying from an iOS device, you can turn this off from Settings > {Your Name} > Sign-In & Security > Automatic Verification. Once disabled, you will have to restart the device. If this does not work, or you are using a different device, please let us know in the comments.

If you registered using the "Sign In with Google or Discord" option, a password was not set to begin with, so you can try logging in with the same method you registered and reset your password from your account settings. If that doesn't work, or if you simply can't remember, we can reset your password for you.

Unfortunately, the Forgot Password feature is not the best. If you are not receiving an email, please check your spam folder first. If the link is expiring too fast, you can try again and see if you can catch it in time. Otherwise, please let us know and we can reset it for you.

We greatly appreciate your willingness to contact us about an issue you might be having with the website rather than simply giving up on us. We will do whatever we can to make things work as expected as soon as possible.

Uh oh! We hate to hear that members are acting a fool. But if they are, we want to handle it right away. Please provide as many details as possible on who they are, what they did, and where we can find them. If they are a vendor, please include a link to their vendor profile.

Awesome! Getting a verified checkmark on your vendor profile shows users that you are a legitimate, local vendor. To get verified, you must be located within a 10-mile radius of the center of Reedsburg, WI.

How to Get Verified:

Upload a photo or scanned copy of one of the following forms of identification:

• Valid driver's license or state ID
• Valid passport showing name and expiration
• Valid credit card (you may cover the credit card number, but the name and expiration must be visible)

Additionally, you must include one of the following that shows your name as an owner of your business:

• If you provide a business credit card as a form of identification, then that will apply here as well - it must show your name and the business name
• Business registration (in good standing) - upload a copy or share a link
• Professional license (currently active) - upload a copy or share a link from the registrar - click here to search Wisconsin credentials and licenses
• Current utility, phone bill, or bank statement that includes your vendor name
• Photos of you at your event booth - the booth must show your vendor name, and your form of identification must include a photo
• 3 or more social media account links and/or online stores (such as Etsy) that have been active for at least 6 months - need to provide proof that you own those accounts
